RESERVATION GUARANTEE & POLICIES :

1. We guarantee that every online transaction you made will be 100% safe. Mandira Barug (Purawisata) Jogjakarta is not responsible for any errors in filing personal data that caused the failure of this Online Reservation in    terms of payment.
2. Mandira baruga (Purawisata) Jogjakarta can make unilateral cancellation of Online Transactions without refund or any other compensation, if the Reservation Booking is not done in 3 [three] month after booking.
3. We accept online reservation at the one day before at 12.00 PM local time

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Customized product or product that has been purchased then the fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Airport, Limousine or Coach - transfer services beyond packaged products that we sell.

 

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER ? :

1. Cancellation should be informed 7 days before arrival.
2. If You have already paid for the program, you could call centre or send e-mail to hello@mandirabaruga.com to confirm your payment, we give permission to you TO CHANGE or RE-SCHEDULE your reservation booking for twice in THREE MONTHS without refund.
